Moto One Power Review:  Is This The Best Budgeting Phone You Were Looking For?

Well, in case if you don’t know, the moto one power is the product of a partnership between Google and Motorola especially designed in an enchanting way.

Further, this Smartphone is embarking on the start of Moto’s new One Power Lineup where the company is promising to give the latest updates.

Hence, with the moto one power, users can expect to get timely updates and as per my initial thoughts, let’s unwrap the moto one power review:

Design Section

Before moving into the actual specifications, let us first take a look at the design section of moto one power.

Well, from the first look, the design looks pretty much same as a display containing notch and thin bezels from every corner.

Further, you will notice a thin chin right at the bottom where the Motorola logo in imprinted.

Overall, a great thanks to the notch display which gives immense spacing for the phone’s screen to reside.

Other than that, the phone looks truly stylish, sleek and glorifies uniqueness all over.

Still, in case if you think that the phone is lightweight, you might be wrong in this case. Here, the phone resides on the bulkier side.

What about the built quality?

Talking about the build quality, the phone’s back is mostly made up of a combination of plastic, metal.

And, when we compare it with the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, the phone is actually slimmer and lighter.

However, still, the phone comes with solid durability factor which we can expect from almost every Motorola Smartphone.

Now, the moto one power is less fragile, can withstand drops and will give you the desired usability, inevitably.

What about the Display?

Well, for big display lovers, the Moto One power can certainly fulfill all your desires. Here, you get a massive 6.2-inch screen which comes with a FHD+resolution.

Further, it comes with the latest 19:9 aspect ratio, all thanks to the notch. To be honest, from my point of view, the display seems to be pretty sharp and is viewable from almost every angle.

In addition, the brightness levels seem to be great and you may find no issue when viewing under sunlight.

Does the Moto One Power Contain Notch-Hide Settings?

After going into the settings section, I did notice that the Moto One Power doesn’t have notch hide option. Hence, you can only watch videos in the 19:9 aspect ratio or in the standard 16:9 ratio.

Thus, if you are viewing videos in the 19:9 ratio, some of your content will definitely be cut out by the notch. While the traditional 16:9 ratio display can let you take advantage of the full screen.

Performance Section

Coming down into the performance section of the moto one power, it comes with a much powerful Snapdragon 636 Chipset.

In addition, you even get 4GB RAM and a massive 64GB Internal can fulfill your storage desire.

On the other hand, you can expand the storage up to 256GB with the help of a microSD card.

And, even the moto one power comes with the same chipset as you will get to see on the Nokia 6.1 Plus.

Hence, we can assume to get a smooth flow experience both in gaming and performing other activities.

Overall, the phone is pretty much responsive, snappy and I faced no lags whatsoever. Still, one thing which I did notice some issue was with the fingerprint sensor.

Here, the sensor was not as snappy and took a fraction of second to unlock the device.

Further, you don’t even get the face unlock option. Hence, the fingerprint sensor stands to be the basic norm.

Camera Section

moto one power

Well, for selfie lovers, Motorola has finally listened to their burning desires. With the moto one power, you get the dual camera setup of 16MP + 5MP whereas the 12MP camera finds its place on the front side.

From my side, I checked the camera performance both in Indoor, outdoor scenes and checked its performance.

Hence, when exposing the camera under average lightings, it captured some really true colors.

But, as soon as the camera was exposed to low light conditions, I faced some sorts of distortion.

However, if you are a selfie lover, you will face no issue. Still, lots have to be tested and for that, I will surely update this article to give you a complete picture of the camera section.

Battery Section

And here it is, the section for which I know most of you folks might be waiting for.

Hence, in the moto one power, you get a massive 5,000 mAh battery which can effectively last up to 2 days without any issue.

Still, after a full battery test, we can surely come to a clear conclusion.

In addition, you also get a 15W TurboPower charger right inside the box which is surely a good thing to see.

Hence, at any point in time, if you are running out of charge, you can just plug the charger.

And, the turbocharger will be far good enough to charge your phone at a greater pace.

Moto One Power Price in India

Finally, moving to the pricing section, the phones comes at quite an impressive pricing of Rs.15,999.

Hence, without any doubt, the Moto One Power comes at a much cheaper pricing compared to its competition.

Overall, the price value is to the point and you will surely be pleased by its amazing battery performance.
